Designed and developed ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) training to 400 users.
Identified and customised training for 6 different persona types.
Scripted, recorded and edited over 10 hours of training videos.
Facilitated the transition of portfolio management at Lululemon from Excel to ServiceNow with 0 major incidents.
Created a microsite with over 30 videos, 40 guides and numerous FAQs for evergreen learning.
Created a ‘Train the Trainer programme’, onboarding 5 facilitators to deliver end user training.
Hosted twice weekly office hours that handled over 500 user questions in real time.

Worked with divisions from across the business including Supervision and Enforcement to create and/or modernise 6 learning pathways which included over 50 individual courses.
Managed and maintained compliance training suite, releasing training to 3500 users on a monthly basis.
Increased completion rate of mandatory training from 70% to 95% by optimising content, platform (LMS), policy and working with people managers.
Managed relationships with 3 external training providers and elearning developers to deliver a brand new pathway for Cyber Security to 2000 users and reducing incidents, for example Phishing failure rate fell by 10%.
Worked with the Data Analytics team to lay the foundations for a Hub and Spoke model that would eventually have a multi million pound/dollar budget and touch every user (1500) in the organisation that handled data.
